Maxi and a Jean Jacket

 Black Maxi skirt, H&M tank, Nordstrom Circle Scarf, and True Religion Jean Jacket. You would think it was warm out or something with the flats and skirt. Nope! It is mid 40s here so I decided to wear a scarf for warmth....  Oh and a bad hair day today :/
